Privacy Notice
How Tigsarai LLC handles personal information when you use Save Our Startup services, including SoS AI Readiness and Mission Control.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Tigsarai LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operates Save Our Startup and is responsible for personal information where applicable law treats us as the controller or business deciding how that information is used.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- identity and contact information, such as your name and email address;
- programme information, such as cohort, pathway, attendance, assignments, capstone submissions and support requests;
- transaction and billing records from payment providers, including payment status and transaction references, but not full card credentials;
- communications you send to us and responses to programme forms or surveys;
- session information, including recordings, chat or display-name data where a live session is recorded;
- technical and security information such as device, browser, IP, authentication and service-log data; and
- marketing preferences and permissions, including whether you have separately agreed to public use of a testimonial, project, image or likeness.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- process enrolment, payments, refunds and cohort transfers;
- deliver live sessions, Mission Control access, assignments, reviews, recordings and learner support;
- communicate operational information about your cohort or account;
- secure, troubleshoot and improve our services;
- meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and compliance obligations;
- measure programme participation and improve learning delivery; and
- send marketing where permitted, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
4. Legal bases where applicable
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, and consent where required.
Marketing consent is separate from programme participation. Permission to publicly use learner proof, testimonials, projects, images or likeness is also separately governed.
5. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell learner personal information to advertisers. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the programme and business, including categories such as:
- Stripe for payments and billing;
- video-conferencing providers such as Zoom for live sessions and recordings;
- Google Workspace and Gmail for programme and support communications;
- Supabase, Lovable and related application infrastructure used for Mission Control;
- Vercel and other hosting or security infrastructure; and
- professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security.
Each third-party provider may process information under its own contractual and privacy obligations.
6. International data transfers
Our operations and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms.
7. How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including programme delivery, account support, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, accounting and recordkeeping.
Retention periods can vary by data type and legal requirement. Where information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely restrict it as appropriate.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or information about how your personal data is used.

You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection or privacy regulator that applies where you live.
9. Learners under 18
Some SoS programmes may permit eligible learners under 18. Where required, we use age-appropriate notices, permissions or guardian involvement. We do not knowingly use a minor’s information for public marketing without the required permission.
10. AI and automated processing
We use AI-assisted tools in programme delivery and operations. We do not intend to make solely automated decisions about learners that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human involvement where required.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so learners should also protect their credentials and devices.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version.
