8 weeks · 72 lessons · 8 badges · 1 capstone

The 8-Week Path to AI Readiness.

Each week ships with a promise, a badge, and a capstone milestone. Facilitators review your work at every step.

1. 8-Week Timeline

Every week, one mission.

    2. Track comparison

    Two tracks. Same foundation.

    Workforce AI Operator

Use AI on the job: documents, email, research, SOPs, customer service. Finish with a career-ready launch kit.

    AI-Enabled Entrepreneur

Use AI to start, market, and run a small business. Finish with a business launch kit and public-facing assets.

    3. Weekly outputs

    Every week ships an artefact.

    • W1 · Readiness Baseline
    • W2 · Prompt Library
    • W3 · Workflow Doc
    • W4 · Research Brief
    • W5 · Web Presence
    • W6 · Workflow SOP
    • W7 · Launch Kit
    • W8 · Capstone Folder

    4. Badge ladder

    Eight collectible mission badges.

    5. Capstone folder

The evidence vault you can show.

Every artefact you save through the programme lands in your capstone folder: AI Readiness Baseline, Prompt Library, Productivity Workflow, Research Brief, Website / Portfolio, AI Workflow SOP, Launch Kit, and Final Reflection. Facilitators review the folder at each milestone and at the final showcase.

    6. AI Playground

    Where you actually practise.

The AI Playground is a guided practice surface inside every lesson. Fill variables, generate a preview prompt, confirm the safety check, run, review, and save. You build a real prompt library and real outputs — not just notes.

    7. Facilitator review

    Humans in the loop.

Quizzes, assignments, and capstone artefacts are reviewed by a real facilitator within one working day. Reviewers catch unsourced claims, private data leaks, and outputs that need a second pass before they go public.

    8. Time commitment

    3–5 hours per week.

Most learners spend 3–5 hours per week: ~30 minutes per lesson, plus a weekly quiz and short assignment. Mobile-first, so you can do it from a phone between shifts.

    9. Who this is for

    Built for real learners.

    • Workforce-ready residents who want AI as a job tool
    • First-time founders who want AI to run a small business
    • Adult learners who prefer guided, mobile-first lessons
    • Community cohorts with facilitator support
    • Community organisers building digital capability
    • Anyone curious about AI but tired of the hype

    10. What this is not

    Honest limits.

    • Not a passive video course
    • Not legal, tax, or licensing advice
    • Not guaranteed jobs, income, funding, or business success
    • Not AI replacing human judgement
    • Not certification by attendance alone
