Programme Terms

1. Your contract

These Programme Terms govern your purchase of and participation in SoS AI Readiness, an eight-week live AI-readiness programme delivered under Save Our Startup.

Your contract is with Tigsarai LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Save Our Startup is the customer-facing property under which the programme is delivered.

2. What the programme includes

• eight weeks of live, instructor-led cohort learning;
• a Workforce or Entrepreneurship pathway, as applicable;
• practical assignments and a capstone pathway;
• facilitator guidance and review;
• session recordings and cohort resources where made available;
• access to the SoS Mission Control learning environment; and
• 12 months of Mission Control access from the official cohort start date for the included AI Readiness learning environment and cohort resources.

Included Mission Control access does not automatically include unlimited 1:1 support, future premium programmes, ongoing post-cohort live implementation support or SoS AI Builders Club.

3. Pricing and payment

The price and currency shown at checkout control your transaction. Any card-issuer, bank or currency-conversion fees are separate from SoS tuition.

The flexible plan is an instalment schedule for the full US$1,495 tuition, not a cancel-anytime subscription. Subject to mandatory law and an approved refund or transfer, stopping attendance does not by itself cancel the remaining tuition obligation.

Discounts do not stack. Employer, sponsor, team, scholarship, legacy, municipal or strategic pricing may be offered separately in writing.

4. Cohort dates and programme changes

The cohort date shown at checkout or in your enrolment confirmation is the applicable start date. SoS may make reasonable changes to session timing, facilitator assignments, tools, examples, guest speakers or lesson sequencing where needed to deliver the programme effectively.

If SoS cancels a cohort and does not provide an agreed equivalent replacement, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort or transfer those amounts to the next available cohort.

5. Refunds, cancellation and transfers

• A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase if the applicable cohort has not started.
• Once the cohort begins, programme fees are non-refundable under our commercial policy, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
• One transfer to the next available SoS AI Readiness cohort may be requested by the end of Week 1.
• If a transfer is approved, amounts already paid carry toward the replacement cohort and any remaining payment schedule will be confirmed in writing.
• If SoS cancels a cohort, you may choose a refund or transfer.

6. Access, accounts and security

Your Mission Control access is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, shared or sublicensed unless SoS agrees in writing.

Protect your credentials. Do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, private health information, patient data, government IDs or other highly sensitive information into programme exercises, AI tools or support channels unless SoS has provided an approved secure process.

7. Live sessions and recordings

Cohort sessions may be recorded so enrolled learners can access replays. Depending on how you participate, your display name, voice, image, screen share or chat contribution may appear in the recording.

Participation does not automatically grant SoS permission to use your name, image, testimonial, project or likeness in public marketing. Public use is permission-governed.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SoS owns or licenses the curriculum, frameworks, templates, videos, lesson materials, Mission Control content and programme branding. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use those materials for your own learning, work or business during the applicable access period.

You retain rights you otherwise hold in work, projects and submissions you create. You grant SoS a limited licence to host, process, display and review submissions only as reasonably necessary to deliver, support, assess, secure and administer the programme.

9. AI tools and third-party services

The programme may demonstrate or link to third-party AI tools, models, websites, applications, payment providers, communications platforms and hosting services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unsuitable for a particular use. Human review is required before relying on or publishing AI-assisted work.

Programme content is educational and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, licensing, employment or other regulated professional advice.

10. Certificates and outcomes

Where SoS issues a certificate or badge, it reflects the completion or evidence criteria communicated for that cohort. Unless stated otherwise in writing, an SoS certificate is not a government licence, academic degree or regulated professional credential.

We do not promise employment, income, clients, revenue, funding, business results or any other particular outcome.

11. Learner conduct

You agree not to use the programme unlawfully; harass facilitators or learners; upload malware; attempt unauthorised access; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; submit confidential third-party data without authority; interfere with delivery or system security; or share restricted programme access with unauthorised persons.

SoS may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, systems, rights or programme integrity.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, stored and protected. Marketing communications requiring consent are handled separately from acceptance of these Terms.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tigsarai LLC and Save Our Startup are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from third-party AI tools, learner reliance on AI outputs or business decisions made using programme materials. Where liability can lawfully be limited, aggregate liability arising directly from the programme will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected programme.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory protections applicable in a customer’s place of residence cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly. Nothing here prevents a customer from using a court, regulator, alternative-dispute process or remedy that applicable law says cannot be waived.
