Refund & Cohort Transfer Policy

Clear rules for refunds, transfers and SoS-cancelled cohorts.

1. Scope

This policy applies to individual purchases of SoS AI Readiness unless a separate written employer, sponsor, institutional or strategic agreement states otherwise.

Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain in force and override this policy where the law requires.

2. Seven-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the applicable cohort has not started.

Requests should be sent to savemystartup@gmail.com from the email address used for purchase and should identify the learner and transaction.

3. After the cohort starts

Once the cohort begins, programme fees are non-refundable under our commercial policy because live delivery and digital programme access have commenced, subject always to mandatory statutory rights.

For learners using the Flexible Plan, the plan is an instalment arrangement for the full tuition rather than a cancel-anytime subscription. Stopping attendance does not by itself cancel unpaid instalments.

4. Cohort transfer

You may request one transfer to the next available SoS AI Readiness cohort by the end of Week 1 of your current cohort.

If approved, amounts already paid carry toward the replacement cohort. Any remaining payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before the transfer is completed.

Transfers are subject to available cohort capacity and may not be sold or reassigned to another person without written approval.

5. If SoS cancels the cohort

If SoS cancels your cohort and does not provide an agreed equivalent replacement, you may choose either:

a refund of amounts paid for that cohort; or
transfer of those amounts to the next available SoS AI Readiness cohort.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times can vary by payment provider, bank and card issuer.

We do not ask customers to send card numbers, bank passwords or other payment credentials by email.
